Four more days and Christmas is here. I'm all packed for Greer, AZ for our white christmas. I have to work 3 nights before Christmas then off to the White Mountains. Looking at the weather forecast, the temps drops down to the 10s at night. Hopefully, we will get some fresh snow. Can't wait.

Happy New Year to all.  Welcome to 2009 and Au Revoir to the rough 2008.  Let's welcome the new year with great hope and peace to all.  I hope that this year will bring peace, end all the wars and I pray that the financial meltdown will come to an end. 

I VOTED TODAY.  Have YOU? Go out and vote today.  Today is the most important day in the history and the day to exercise your rights and freedom as an American.  So if you are one of those people on the sideline that complains about our economy and our government but doesn't do anything about it, well this is the day to voice your rights and to show how you really feels. I voted early today and I'm glad I did because because the polling place wasn't packed yet.  I went in and I went out.  It was so easy.  I only stayed for less than 15 minutes and there was no line at all.  Our polling place was at our clubhouse and the place was very accessible.  I applaud all those volunteers that help at the polling place because they made it so easy to vote.  So go out and vote today.  One vote can make a difference.
