Yup, the iPad is out (rumored nickname was iSlate, iTablet) and the GUI looks very similar to the iPhone. This thing looks sweet.

I'm just disappointed that this thing has no facing camera for iChat or any interface that you can use for 2nd screen for video camera or still camera or computer. Oh well, we get what we can get. I guess we have to stay tune for the 2nd generation but this is a MUST HAVE for now.
