September 2007 Archives
We arrived here in Prague at 1035 in the morning from Paris. It has been raining and looks like it's going to rain out the whole time we are here. The current temperature is 56 degrees fahrenheit. We settled in our hotel and we are staying 15 minutes away from Praha Centrum. Everything looks old here but every building are so colourful. When we got here, we looked for restaurants in our neighborhood but looks like they are all close for lunch except for a small pizza parlor. One slice of pizza costs us 25 Koruna (0.91 cents in Euro and US$1.29). We will be heading to the town this afternoon. Just getting some snooze before heading out to the city.

We can barely see any cars in the street. The mode of transportation here is the light rail system and it runs every 5 minutes.
Au Revoir Paris, see you in October. Here we come Prague. I can't wait to see the most beautiful city in Central Europe.
In Trocadero - on our way to the Altitude 95 Restaurant on top of the Eiffel Tower for my birthday. My cousins from London were supposed to come but couldn't make it that day.

Gotta pick a good menu. Everything is expensive plus it's in Euro and the menu is in French. We had to get it translated from the waiter.
A First Class View
How would you like to end your night with this stunning view.

We arrived in London on a Wednesday so it wasn't so busy but we didn't get out from the airport on time. One of my suitcase was missing and we found out that it was still in LAX. I guess my suitcase missed the connection time from Phoenix. The Virgin Atlantic crew reassured me that it will arrive on the next flight which is the following morning.
UPDATE: My bag was delivered to the house this evening. I guess they had another flight from LAX.
I'm here in LAX airport waiting for our flight. I'm getting bored and we still have 2 more hours before boarding. The flight to London is 11 hours and I'm hoping I will be able to get some sleep on the flight because quite frankly, I am really tired and sleepy. Last year when we went to Zambia in Southern Africa, I was only able to sleep for 6 hours out of 36 hours of flying.
My vacation starts tomorrow (Sept 11th). My brother and I leaves for Europe tomorrow and our first stop is the United Kingdom. We fly from Phoenix to LAX and LAX to London Heathrow. I know tomorrow is Sept 11th but it doesn't really bother me at all. There are more security on this date than ever so it is actually safer.
We also had a passport scare too. My brother's passport just arrived on Saturday last weekend and we thought that it gotten lost in the mail. We were ready to go to Los Angeles Passport Office for re-issue as we were told by the Passport Agency but luckily it came. I wasn't really excited anymore on going to Europe until his passport came. I didn't want to go by myself because it will be more expensive going by myself. Everything is paid for and all the expense would have been wasted.
I will be posting more videos and photos on this site and on my photo gallery site. Stay tune for more updates.
